The role of Educational Institutions is very important in preparing the younger generation to face, successfully, the challenges of life and prove to become complete persons culturally, morally and professionally. People who believe teaching is easy have no idea what teaching really is. Teaching is one of the most serious professions there is on our planet. Swami Vivekanand has said “Education is the manifestation of perfection already in man”. The job of a teacher is not to impart knowledge but to show the student where the knowledge lies and how he can acquire it. In todays world of rapid globalization the primary need is to create an environment where, under the guidance of their teachers, children can imbibe wisdom and knowledge to emerge self-confident and disciplined youth. We at International Centre English School aim towards the all round development of the students helping them to be able to understand the opportunities open to them to live a productive successful and truthful life. We aim to prepare the child for a world of rapid change and unforeseeable demands in which continuing education throughout their life should be a normal expectation. Reene Locks has said “The Challenge is to be yourself in a world that is trying to make you like everyone else”. At International Centre we realize that each individual is unique with their own special brilliance. Keeping that in mind we aim to prepare the students to rise to this challenge. We teach the students to cultivate in themselves confidence and sensitivity which go hand in hand for development and growth and in shaping their personality. I would like to convey a profound message to my students with the following words.

And then a hero comes along,
with the strength to carry on,
And you cast your fears aside,
And you know you can survive,
So when you feel like hope is gone,
Look inside you and be strong,
And you’ll finally see the truth,
That a hero lies in you.
