Tirumalai Krishnamacharya is referred to as the father of modern yoga, although it was Swami Vivekanand who introduced yoga to western world.
Yoga is a powerful tool to deal with the stress of uncertainty as well as physical well being. It improves strength, balance and flexibility. It help you to manage stress and energizes you. In a nut shell yoga may be used to attain greater health, power, wisdom, knowledge and happiness.
